The "Flawed Defiant Plate" visible gear drops globally and is for level's 37-50 and the "Intricate Defiant Plate" visibles overlap (lvl 48-60). They drop from the approprate level mobs a few levels higher than their minimum level requirement. But if you are levelling fast it may be better to purchase it in the Bazaar than try to get all the pieces to drop while you are still in the level range..

The Chest piece should not be over 1000 pp but because of low supply (as less people farm lower level zones) it is sometimes priced as high as 3-4K pp on my server. This "Defiant" line of gear is better than most old world group gear until mid 60's when SOF group gear and the non visible drops trump it.

Good Luck.

Defiant gear is approximately one million bajillion thousand times better than anything a lvl 45-50 SK could farm as a zone specific drop.

Defiant gear essentially made the sub-70 zones obsolete. Yeah, there's a lot of "content" but it's basically worthless and you're better served finding a nice safe xp grind spot and chewing out levels than to travel anywhere and look for named mobs, etc.

[Edit: An exception to my above post would be to explore the Silverwing and Teek quests for some non-visible gear that the Defiant stuff doesn't cover. Though the Silverwing items around your level (belt/shoulder/back) are supplanted by the Teek rewards]

As for Defiant equivalents to old expansions, to see how much better it is...

Flawed Defiant Gear is roughly close to as good as Elemental Tranquility gear from PoP.

Intricate Defiant gear is rougly close to GoD t4 Raid Armor (Qvic/Tacvi). My Intricate Defiant leather is better than the raid armor from GoD.

Elaborate Defiant is better than the intricate stuff, and is fairly close to TBS t3 armor, with TBS Raid armor slightly better than Elaborate Defiant but not as good as elegant.

Its really good. You can also get defiant gear from the station cash store, a full set for 500 points($5 irl) as well.Individual pieces for about 100 points($1).

have you been doing the hot zone quests daily tasks kill 5 mobs for EXP and 3 items you an upgrade to sell.
Shoulders, Back and Waist.

Franklin Teek has arrived in the Plane of Knowledge just East of the Guild Lobby and will be happy to point you to the current location of a Hot Zone appropriate for your level. Franklin also has a series of tasks that can be done in each of the current Hot Zones.

hot zones have Augs - any aug is better then no aug.
can delete and replace the aug with better augs as you level.

most low level equapable AC augs are in the current or old hot zones.

Actually, I rescind the Silverwing quest line entirely since I forgot that they just sell far superior stat jewelry off PoK vendors these days Smiley: rolleyes

Although the resulting charm you get if you do all of them isn't half bad. Not sure it's worth the effort though since by the time you can reasonably complete it (barring twinkage of course), you should be getting near the levels where a ton of other powerful charms start becoming available.
