Weekend Update: Summer 3/4 Done Edition..Mon., Aug. 12, 2013Follow

EQ: I fiddled around a bit and accomplished nothing of note. Still spending a lot of time on character creation screen (ranger still hasn't "grabbed" my playtime focus like past mains).

Real Life: Family hobby/pastime of fiddling with old cars/trucks resulted in an acquaintaince giving me an early 70s chevy truck. It's really beat, but compared to others in the current family pile it might be better lol. It's amazing how long it can take to change a tire when you don't have access to high-powered tools and a 5-foot pipe on the wrench is barely enough leverage to turn the lug nuts. Most of Friday was taken up by preparing it to be moved. Taking the insane camper (I see why RV's took over in the early 80s) was most of an afternoon. Interestingly, most of the stories you remember in the old car hobby are the challenges in getting the project and starting it.
