Most, but not all, non-boss nameds have one or more place holders. If it always spawns in the same spot, then it should be another spawn at that point, but may roam, whether the named does or not. Just mentioning it, 'cause if you've been waiting 3 days without killing stuff, you may be missing out on killing it's PH(ers) which often have short respawn times.

I know it's not alot of help, just making sure you're not missing out. I've never really "caomped" him, just killed him whenever running through there and he's up, and even then only rarely.

Maybe 3.5 days, that longest I know of now, 'cept for some of the newer raid instances maybe longer still (5 days, from what I remember was the newer norm). Used to be upto 7 days, but I think they got rid of all of those and made the old 7 day ones, 3.5 days. Also, could be a random chance to pop every so often. Hadden or whatever the guys name is that drops the fishbone earring in Qeynos Hills works on such a timer. I forget the details but it's something like 24hrs minimum then every 6-8hrs a random chance. It's an annoyingly boring camp.
