None that I know of on any site. I could probably do it for you, but would require alot of coding to look up the spell types of proc effects and sort through them all. As far as augs for weapons go, Slot 4 Augs with a Proc is descent group level weapon aug list.

Personally, I would rather look for +Dmg augs as you'll generally get more dps boost out of more damage for less aggro, than a proc. There are exceptions to this rule. You might look at Special Procs and Aggro Procs, although neither one covers specifically DD or DoT, but the Special page contains Lifetap (DD + Heal) and Lifetap over time (DoT + HoT) procs.

Also, for your level range you might be better at looking at Gemcrafter vendor augs, and LDoN buyable augs at http://www.cardplace.com/eq/ldon/list.cgi
