is there a way to unlock Stone of the Shard's Fall?Follow

It appeared on Zeflmin when each server completed building the purple crystal druid style ring in Shard's Landing. The construction was progressed by giving Magus Burlshin shards for faction. Once enough were turned in, the ring would grow in size. Once it was complete, Burlshin sold port spells and the stone appeared on the gh vendor. Either Zek hasn't completed the ring or I would say it's a bug.

One other long shot...it's possible that if you have "show only items I can use" selected in the merchant window and you don't have RoF, that the stone might not appear in his list. But I'm guessing you do have RoF.
