This would be like the fourth time.
I know noone knows for sure... But does it still look like Stromm is a pretty well populated server still? Or should I decide on a different one these days?
Also... If I buy the new veil of alaris for 40 dollars, does that come with the game and all expansions or do I have to buy the game itself separately?

I have a RL friend who moved his main from AB server (good population during Euro times) to Luclin/Stromm server to raid (US-EST) times. He says that the population(both raid or group game) is very healthy during prime time (US-EST) on Luclin/Stromm server. Though like most servers, it is concentrated in the 80 + level ranges.
There was a server merge about a year ago and since then most regular servers have decent populations (above lvl 80).
Yes, if you purchase the VOA expansion you will get all others included as well as fast mounts and some other goodies (in claims window) for all of your characters.

Thanks. I went ahead and got the game and started a toon on Luclin/Stromm. Pretty sure I used to have toons on those servers way back in the day. :D

If you want your old account back you can petition or contact EQ's service representatives for it. You do not have to remember the password just some of the details like name it was registered under,name of some of the characters, timeline that it was active for and CC info etc...
I have read on EQ forums of people who have gotten back their old accounts via that method.
