Alright I hit 20 with my my cleric the other day. Did the task to get my adventures stone or whatever it's called. I quickly hit the LFG and put LDoN please in the comments. I'm now a 25 cleric and still haven't gotten a response for a LDoN grp. I run through BB all the time and the camp is always empty. Where has everyone gone, is anyone still doing these? I've been away from the game for about a year so I need to catch up.
Putting up LFG is not enough. People won't search for you to do a LDoN. Just keep asking people in your level range, and even higher ones may be interested (they may shroud down to your level, as a win in a dungeon is easier at lvl 25 than it is at lvl 55).

I totally agree with Bbot. You can not passivly loofk for a group, you must be aggressive and ask anyone at or near your lvl. Go to general chat and say something like "Starting a mid 20s LDoN, please send tell if interested". That is the way I have gotten many groups, people seem to have gotten lazy and would rather sit and wait rather than start a group themselves.

True but even at it's hieght you would have struggled to get a LDoN as a Lvl 20 buy just putting up Lfg.
Why? because the rest of the Eq world is in PC and are not going to move for the chance of getting 1 or 2 points that you get for a lvl 20 LDoN win.

Good point. i guess it would help if you are in a guild you could either get a high lvl guildie to shroud down, do one with a high lvl guildies alt or find someone your lvl in your guild

If you are on the Bristlebane server look up the Mystic Crusaders guild. We try and do them regularly every other weekend (barring any RL issues) plus we have toons in their 20's.
