Just read this morning in the SOE Veterans forum, that GMs will no longer transfer accidently looted No trade items to the proper player. Personally I was unaware that they ever did transfer an item accidently looted, but according to the post the now have a no transfer policy.
Just thought I would post a heads up

They never did it willingly, from all I've heard or seen, and no transfers at all has been official policy for a while now. Search the database they make you look at to file a petition. It's there.
