As a cleric, I was wondering what is the best way to increase my mana pool?
The best way to increase you're mana, is to save it.
I recomened mana pres augs/gear mana preservation aas and regen.
You'll get more out of that than a little mana here and there.

That is a good point. In many cases, mana regen and mana efficiency outweighs mana pool. Get Mana Preservation and improved healing AAs/foci, then try to hit your FT cap. Other than that, to increase your mana pool, you need +mana gear.

Get better gear?? as you listed not your level, I cannot suggest a place to do this...
