Help , I just leveled to 16 ( Necro ) and I gated back to POK to buy my new 16 spells. Entere'FIND' for Necro spell merchant , followed the yellow brick road to the Necro spell sellers. Nuttin for level 16 Necs. Where do I buy them ??

I'd look in your starting city
And at some point I think Necro spells have to be researched, instead of bought or dropped.
Also the SK sellers in PoK have a bunch of them.
At lvl 16 necro's have to research there spells. I think you can buy some of them, like the one's you share with sk's.
But the list fishtaco put up tells you all about them. Like what you need to research them and were to buy them if you can.

If another class can use the spell also, sometimes it is sold only by that class's vendor. So check that as well. I know later on some spells are sold only by the necro vendor in the Abysmal Sea -- but I think those are higher level.
Any shared INT caster spells (like Shielding) you can check the other INT vendors. Others can be found at the SKs.
