Question: Alt Advance Reference numbers.Follow

Does anyone know where to find the Alternate Advancement reference numbers that some use to create socials for their characters?

For example, a Bard I know has a group social that he uses when employing "Fading Memories." His social is a group send, advising the group that he is "Fading from the memories of %t." So, the hotkey commands would look like this:

/g Fading from the memories of the mobs chasing me.
/alt ###

What I'm looking for is a reference for the alt numbers, so that I can create socials for my own AAs.

I especially need a social that advises my group/raid that I'm employing my stasis mezz, so I'm looking for the /alt code for Stasis. It's a terrific irresistable mezz, and it would be a shame to have it broken prematurely, since it takes so long to recover.

Just a request here. Please don't bother replying to me if you're going to say something ignorant like, "There's no such thing as alt codes. Your friend is just using a hotkey to send a social after he activates Fading Memories."

Yes, there is, and no, he isn't. I'm interested only in the feedback of those who know where to find these reference numbers, not the misguided beliefs of the determined ignorant.

In game, do the alt/ list command. This will show you all your AA skills and each listing starts with the ability number you are looking for...
