Just go to the bazzar on your server and do a search. It is rare that I dont see a centi for sale in emarr's.

Hmm,starting over but looking for twink gear, you wouldnt be thinking of buying plat now would you? If not your friends can help you.
Im selling a centi short sword for around 1.5k on my trader and thats on the high side.

those weapons are still decent but dont be sold purely on name recognition they are not the end all especially if you play on a server like FV.

I would reccomend doing a search and see what is available. One thing that happens too is if you are making like say a knight their are some knight only weapons that can be gotten fairly cheap that are very very nice.

If starting from level one and looking to skill up as fast your still better off with fast weapons over ratio weapons cause give a level one a 50/30 weapon and 255 str and they still just gonna be slammin the level damage cap for damage and acting like they trying to get skill ups on a 30 delay weapon when if they had a 9/18 or such they would be cranking out more damage and faster skill ups.

Plat really isnt that hard to come by at begining levels anymore you can farm spiderlings silk for bazaar and still get good coin off of it, and new tutorial if you beat all the barrels you can totally not unreasonable to have all your spells to level 10 and 100-200pp add to that week or so farming and you have 3kish in no time.

As to how he got his coin his account iirc is being reinstated I reinstated an old act of mine that had been cancelled for about 2 years and it had all its old characters and gear on it. Granted stuff was outdated but the 10kish I had in bank still stayed 10kish.

I when I started I would go to the Bazaar and buy the best deal I could find that was better than what I had. By that lets say I had a 1000pp saved I would look up all 1 HAND SLASH 5000 and under lets say a jade broad sword one for sell at 1400 another for sale at 1300 and one for sell 750 I spend 750 but if there were no screamin deals on 1hs the I would go to next item Dont get hung up on one slot
