Anyone else having this problem?
The patcher loads fine, but when I get to the EULA screen my mouse arrow, is 'yellowish' like it is suppose to be in game but up in the left corner. It will only move about an inch in any direction before turning back to the standard white Windows mouse arrow and minimizing EQ to the task bar.
I can log in by using the keyboard (Tab and Enter) and once on the chacter select screen the mouse works fine and in game it works fine.
I have not changed which server I log into because i don't know if I will be able to get back to my 'home' server without a mouse, I currently tab down to 'Quick join' or whatever it is called.
Of course this all started happening since the UI change patch..
Anyone seen this before or know a fix?

The patch message said if you have that problem to go to Microsoft and download Windows Application Compatibility Toolkit. Then install/launch the application. Under the system database section, scroll down to the Everquest entry. Double Click. Then right click the EQgame.exe entry in bold that shows up in the right hand view and choose disable entry.
Hmmm... WACT doesn't work for Windows 98SE
