What happens to items that you have on your cursor when you die? It never happened to me, but I have to know. I'm planning to do a quest that's pretty dangerous for my lvl, and maybe I could make it through if the item on the cursor doesn't get lost...

Edit: The title of the post should say "WHILE" dying, not "whily" dying... Smiley: banghead

I believe the item goes back into your inventory and will remain on your corpse.

And what happens when inventory is full? Will it remain on corpse and you will have it on cursor again when you loot?

It should be on your corpse. I think the loot window has plenty of slots to accomodate stuff like that. The question is when you return to your corpse will you have enough available inventory slots to loot everything off your corpse, or will you have to make two trips. Smiley: smile

Edit: We're so used to right-clicking our own stuff and having it go in the right spot, but really the stuff is just going in the first spot that matches its type instead of where it was when you died. Example - if you were wearing a shield when you died and you have another range item in your invetory (not in a bag), the first one of those you right-click on goes in the range slot.

I have had items on my cursor when I was killed and they were on the corpse there is an extra loot spot on the corpse inventory jsut for that. I have also gone LD with an item on the cursor and it was still on the cursor when I got back on
