Putting Colors in SocialsFollow

I had my ini file edited to include highlighted color in the pull messaage like many other people but recently the colors stopped working.

Does anyone know if this ability has been nerfed or is it possible my ini is screwed up.

If anyone still is able to get the highlight colros to work please post the character needed (it was a box iirc) or a link to the write-up
