I just accepted the lvl 16 PoK armor trial quest called "Feathered Shores" located in Lake Rathetear. The last part of the trial says I have to speak to Fallen Student.
Question one: Why isnt this task listed in any of the Allakhazam quests search engines ?
Question two: Where can I find the Fallen Student in Lake Rathetear?

OK then I found him on a small island loc 1342 and 2054 southeast of the arena zone. As to why the quest isnt listed on this site I dont have a clue.
Alla is updated by whoever has found an item or started/completed a quest submitting the details. If no one has sent the details in then it will not be on the site.
This is less of a problem with the higher level stuff which loads of the regular users will complete whenever new content happens, however there are fewer regulars who will do the lower level stuff so it takes longer to appear.
If you have done any of the new armour quests you can submit the deatils yourself.
