Is server shutting down nightly?Follow

I have to ask this to see if I am personally having a problem or if I should hate SOE some more (so easy).

US time by the way-for three nights now, I go off to bed with my mule in bazaar, the next morning, I am looking at the Connect screen, but when I try to log on, it gives me the stupid can't log on now messages, servers conjested (all 8K or our soe ram tied up or something like that). Off to work, and in the afternoon all is well, but checking mule's money, he wasn't on most of the night.

So were the servers down though they showed as up in the morning, or do I have a problem (no sarcasm needed here, thank you, unless you really feel it necessary)?

Last night was an "emergency patch" to nerf the price on fish in the lands of the GoD expansion.

Actually, last night's patch was to fix pet haste which was broken in the previous (3/9-3/10) patch. There wasn an announcement for it on the SOE EQ boards and maybe the actual EQ site though I didn't check.

i kinda like the mass mod rodding. only because my main is also my mule...I then take the mod rod with me hunting elysian or whatever I may be doing after selling. mod rod + replenishment = bueno.
