i know i could find this if i research but i at work so any help would be great

i want the spirit of shrew spell someone told me it was ldon

so is it one of the ones i can buy with any points and if not where do i have to adv from to get it

No, it's camp specific. Which camp you need to hit up for it depends on what class you are as druids, rangers, beastlords and shamans all get it from different camps (and each scroll is class specific).
