GoD ProblemFollow

Well I got dropped from the billing cycle and had to re-order it, have the charge on my credit card, but it's still not enabled and Tech Support are not offering any solutions.

Just wondering if anyone has a similar experience or any suggestions about what I can do to fix it?

Same here, spoke to a GM and was told to speak to Tech support....left emails, feedback....no reply

Spoke to Customer Service online and they say the problem will be fixed today. Couple of hours later, got another email from Tech Support advising me to do a complete file check. So Tech Support can go take a long walk off a short plank Smiley: grin

Our tech support forum is way better than their tech support forum, in my oppinion at least...

Regarding those players who Pre-Ordered Gates of Discord:
Today marks the day for final billing attempts were made for this expansion's pre-orders. Having said that, any account that was not successfully billed today, will have the "temporary" expansion access revoked.

If you suspect this has happened to your account, you are welcome to re-purchase Gates of Discord from the Station Store ("store" link available in the top banner of this page).

Apperently they also nuked a number of users that had infact actually payed. if this happened to you, you are going to need to call customer support to get it fixed. Annoying and stupid. Thay also don't seem to be doing anything in compensation for the accounts they screwed up. Hope that helps.

Thanks Kao, yep I'm very screwed up. Ordered it again, got the charge on my card but still no access. Must've written around 10 emails to Tech Support and one live chat with Customer Service who promised to fix it by close of play yesterday, grrrrrr.

I think SoE are trying to drive me insane!!

Customer Service told me in Live Chat that for some reason my GoD order was revoked again after I ordered it for the 2nd time, even though they billed me and the charge has appeared on my credit card!!

The CSR gave me a new Key for GoD and told me to go to Account/Change Account to enter it. Tried that, but I'm damned if I can find a place to enter it. Maybe I'm already insane /sigh.

Hoping someone can save me.

To enter the key for GoD.. on the screen where you pick your server there is a link to update your expansions, click on that and you should be able to input your key.
