Hmm it wasn't a monster you suggested, it was one I listed in a thread that you started to ask for more raid targets.

Silly ranja!

Look back many weeks Jarlo, probably 3 or 4 pages on the now super secret SoC boards (FN 'the enemy' spies NOT allowed /nod). You will find my suggestions there for raid targets. OMG! Look! There it is! WOW! Amazing! Stunning! Weeks, months ago!

Smiley: tongue

I also listed it in the officer forum well before anyone posted on the thread you mentioned /shrug.

But what do I know Jarlo .....

I honestly wish SoC the best, I simply did not fit with the guilds new ethos of exclusion and paranoia. You have even made poor old Kaoliann wonder if he should be in the guild with your petty charter change. Smiley: disappointed

Adieu!

OK...so I was doing a mistmoore LDON - slaughter. It was my cleric, a warrior, rogue, enchanter, another cleric and a ranger. The other cleric likes to blast and cast blinding lum alot.

Anyway, we got into room two and the warrior pulled about 6 mobs down on us. Me and the other cleric died. The warrior was not taunting and only the ranger was responding to "healer under attack" tells from us. It was ugly. But...we kept them alive long enough to beat the mobs down then the clerics died and they were able to kill the rest...nice strategy. Oh, and the enchie rarely mezzed and when she did someone always broke it.

So, that is how this mess began. We got moving pretty good after that...got to where we had about 8 kills left with something like 20 minutes. We had been calming or mezzing and then pulling one or two at a time. Then the warrior pulled another bad pull and we had about 12 things on us...werewolf's, casters...our warrior was charmed and killed me. All but our rogue and other cleric died...he ran back to zone.

So, we are all at our bodies after that...warrior got rezzed. Ranger was trying to find his body. The other cleric had rezzed me as well to save the run. Me and warrior are sitting there one room away from where the last bad pull had been. Here comes to STUPID part...the rogue begins complaining that we aren't going to finish the adventure...we have 8 kills in 9 minutes left. I explain that one tank and one cleric has rez sickness, the ranger cannot find his body, the other cleric is LOM because of the rezzes...so the rogue and the enchie decide to pull and fight together...I am sitting there medding I see their HP bars begin to drop rapidly...they die by the time I stand up to be met by the other cleric running with what seems to be the entire remainder of the creatures in the dungeon...and she pulls them right over the top of me and the recovering warrior. In the meantime the ranger begins shouting for help because his body is in an area where there are still movbs and they are on him.

We all died again. I cannot rememebr the last time I died three times in such a short space of time...but it sucked royally. I just do not understand how these people can play so recklessly. They are in a group and there is an element of teamwork that should be present. When peoplesay "No, don' pull anything yet" why would they do so anyway? And what makes a rogue and an enchie think they can successfully take on a room that has already proven to be more than a match for the entire group?

They need to make spontaneous solo zones...so that I can go through them without worrying about idiots. Or better yet, they need to make an idiot marking system...if an entire group thinks someone is an idiot they vote and it gives them idiot points...when you are recruiting you can see their idiot points and know not to take them...then all of the idiots will have to group together and leave the rest of us alone!
