Quick AA Question on PEnhancementFollow

How many if any HP does Physical Enhancement add? It's supposed to add to ND from the description but noting I've looked at so far has said how many points or what % it adds. I'm trying to figure the best way to increase the ol' hp. Could go Planer Durability PE or the new 100 HP from Gates and tryin to determine what's going to add the most.
