Stromm Downtime vs othersFollow

Good Morning,

The Stromm Newbie server has gone down twice today with little or no warning.
If, as a new character with no exploits or gear, i wished to create a character on another server *with alot less downtime* but also with a good newbie influx, which server would you suggest?
