There is a vendor at the wayfarer's camp in south ro. The npc there (forget the name) will by back your augment . when you right click on him he will say something about broken augments and such... hope this helps.
also keep in mind, you can only sell back if you have not already added the aug to an item. once you do that the only way to get rid of it is to destroy the aug.
npc name i believe is "Hible Debletrap" or such (misspelled)
