EQ-toolbox has a good set of in-game maps to download. They are mis-labeled a lot, but the basic layout is overall correct.

Heh, close...it's http://mapfiend.eq-toolbox.com/ . And you can use Mappie to change the colors of the lines or make the maps more streamlined (thus reducing their load time if that's ever a problem).
