Multiple issues with + to mana regen...

Missing earring of solstice, wristplate of vengeful fury, sacred mantle of stone, choker of the wretched, and cap of the drowned souls.
Seems to be a lot of the + mana regen items are missing. You can glance through the rest of my profiles to see how off all of them are.

I am trying to update one of my characters and it will not let me put a "Trident of Freed Spirits" on my 19th lvl shaman. But in game he is wielding it.

the effect [Serenity](+10 regen +5 mana regen) of the Robe of Destruction does not show, and the Broken shard of chaos augment is not on the augment drop down.

I'm trying to run the auto profiler, which I have run before, but it sticks at the screen where it says it is trying to patch... tells me it is unable to patch, and then crashes! Any ideas how to fix this?

Have you downloaded SP2 from Microsoft?
If so, you will most likely have the window firewall running in the background. Open the firewall program (on XP click Start>Settings>Control Panel>Windows Firewall)
Click on the Exceptions tab
Click on the Add Program button
Browse for the itemcol.exe file (its default location will be C:\Program Files\EQ Item Collector\itemcol.exe).
Highlight the itemcol.exe program
Click OK twice and your finished.
By doing this, you allow the program to send and receive information. That should clear up the problem.

Unable to select Shroud of the Nimble for shoulder slot. Slot listed on page is none.

It seems at some point recently soemthing changed with the server numbering/naming, and you may find your existing character profiles show up as unknown server. I found that if I selected each of those, deleted them, and let the profiler create a new one it worked fine.
I still have one character getting the invalid instance id error. I would guess it has to do with some item he has that the profiler doesn't like, but don't know which item that is.
The other thing I notice is all my AA skills are now blank on my premium account profiles on Allakhazam. It doesn't save them locally either, so I guess the program isn't picking them up. It doesn't seem to pick up some augments correctly either.
This is a pretty cool program, and I like the profile page on Allakhazam much better than magelo. It lets you see at a glance what all your items are without having to click on each item. And the big plus that we have the Lucy database with all the gear getting uploaded automatically.

Oh missed one earlier, not sure if covered else where, but when I do a printed version the Base HP are 0 and seems no augs show up.

Unable to open the adapter. \Device\NPF_{FC5781EF-1D52-4DF9-B96A-7CD12F7DBBFE} is not supported by pcap.
Is the error I get when I select WinPcap in setting of EQ Item Collector.

I don't seem to have the firewall option checked... but I am not running IE, I am using Mozilla as a browser due to some virus problems with IE. Would that make a difference in the updating of the Item Collector? I love this program and want to be able to use it again...

I have used the auto-updater and it still fails to give my enchanter the Ward of Skirmish in his secondary slot. Doesn't even show up in the list of available items when I manually try to update this item.
Upon further inspection, the Ward of Skirmish doesn't even show up in the database, even though I've installed and used the latest available Item Collector program. I've also noticed that it sometimes gets a checksum error when I select the Upload button.
Also, I have the Tainted Heartstone in that same characters charm slot. While the Tainted Heartstone is in the database, it fails to place it in his inventory when I do a profile update using the item collector program. I can, however, add this item manually.

Alot of the items that have the Old Flowing Thought and Health Regen effects do not show up correctly as they are not *Focus Efects* like they use to be.
Not sure how they are looking at working these issues, but since the change to Mana Regen, they have had issues with them showing up right on the Overviews.

Hi.
I have the same problem as many of you.
I too get "Server unknown" but this is with EACH of my characters! I have tried so many times allready to delete and let the updater make a new one... but I still get "unknown server" and it won't upload my profile! :-(
I have tried putting numbers in front of files but I can't find the right serverfiles and I don't know the old format anymore...

I am sure the mods are aware that the new OOW AAs need to be added. Missing those on profiles of course.

Continuing to get unrecognised server since 25th September. Updater refuses to upload any details so I cannot delete the old profile and change the server on the new one. Illia you said this wouldn't take long to resolve in early October, whats the status of this please?

Drakeguard Girdle is not an available item for my WoodElf Rogue. I have been using the Item Collector, so it ought to have been added to the database

Hi, thought i'd pop in and drop an issue i am having. My unbuffed hitpoints in game are 1613 and in my profile it says they are 1583 . . I have tried double checking my gear and augs everything on the item side are correct, I think the base hitpoint tables need looked at if Sony has changed something or whatever not sure =) just thought y'alled want to know.

The hps don't seem to work right for levels 66+... shows a base of 5 rather than correct amount.
