The Isle of Quel'Danas, also referred to as Sunwell Isle, is an isle north of the continent of Eastern Kingdoms. This is one of three areas on the continent that makes up Quel'Thalas.

how does alliance get to the this island. im trying to complete exploration. I cant get a flight path if i haven't been there yet...Anyone know another way??

I am a Level 58 Horde and have gone to the Undercity and to Silvermoon and NO FLIGHT PATH???

What else do I need to do to get the flight path??

Where is the portel??

I can't find any info about how to get to thia place???

If you have BC, you can get a port to Shattarath and tehn take the portal to the island in the middle room

There isn't a point in going until you're 70 anyway. They wont give you quests until then. You're pretty much just a free kill for the opposing faction.

Not sure if it's something they changed or what, but soon as I hit 70 I was able to go through the portal from Shattrath.

No no just my bad typing should have said "quests" plural.. and I was referring to your realm not you personally :)

Anyway the point was the portal doesn't exist until the required progression on your realm, it wasn't a point about at what level you can use the portal if it already exists on your realm.

The island is off the coast at the northern tip of the Eastern Kingdoms.

If you are horde you can fly from Undercity. Alliance can fly there, the flight path will already be known to you. If you fly from Ironforge or any flight path that passes through Ironforge on the way you'll be teleported to just off the island once you reach the gates of Ironforge, cutting down on flight times.

Once you have completed the quest in Phase 2 of the dailies you will have a portal in Shattrath to get there directly.

Horde can also fly from Silvermoon flightpoint, the path is already known.
