The grand Isha Awak is lord of these waters. Great is his strength, and solemn his pride. The humans on the coast fear him, for he has consumed many of their number.
But I do not fear him. I am grateful he is here. He is a worthy challenge, and honorable prey.
If you are ready, then swim out and search for Isha Awak, the Deep Doom.
His spirit dwells in his heart, and to hear its beat is to know your fate.

My coords where 64, 53 but it's pretty unimportant as she wanders from 66, 46 to 62, 55. For those that don't have coords just swim along the coast underwater scanning for her until the castle is on your right. If you havn't seen her by then, just keep going over where you've been.
Very easy with warlock or any class in which you have a tank. I did at lvl 25 but could have done much lower I'm sure (around 20 would be the lowest I reckon.)

So he's not hard to find. But don't try this until you've got decent levels. I tried with a 22 shammy, and he got me three times before I gave up.
So get levels before you try this one.
1.faeri fire (two or three times cause he resisted)
2.moonfire
3.cat form -> basic cat tactic: combo points then rip
I got to around half health

oh: beast tracker on for hunters.
and: he has one level 18 crab guy swimming near him, get him out of the way so you dont aggro him and make it hard.

Did this as a lvl 22 hunter, just make sure you have a health potion with you for a quick fix and you'll be ok :)

Its on Charlie Manson's forehead, maybe it should be on urs too.
So basicly just scour up and down the coast from the pirate ship to just past North Watch, killing the Makrura while looking for him. I got a few greens while doing this myself.
I am under the impression that he shares spawn points with the Makrura in the area.

With my lvl 25 hunter, it was a joke.... He was very easy....
Hint: Go toward the shipwreck near northwatch....He's around there if you dont have the coordinate add on :)

also cant find where i got the quest from
Found the monster at 65,47. I tried to pull him back to the beach, but he wouldn't follow right up, instead staying in the water. No problem though, as I could stand in the water as it was on a gentle beach.
Dropped into cat mode, built up 5 combo points and let him have a max strength rip. Back to humanoid mode, a full heal and a HoT later, then back into cat mode for the final few swipes.
Really easy mob for his level.
2750 XP at level 22.
