Yea, just go AH them...it's quick and easy. If you're doing this quests odds are you can afford to AH the items. It costed me 2.5g on BO and was worth it, but next part is somewhat tedious.

I farmed them in Arathi and it only took me like 15-20 minutes to get them all, and since its close to the cash in location it wasnt too bad. But i checked AH first and none were there.

actually if you want to farm them just go to arathi highlands, you have all types of elementals there and droprate is pretty decent aswell.

these sell for cheap in the AH, jsut pick them up before heading out to see him. Much easier than farming for them...

In Dunemaul, a full stack of these goes for 10-12 gold. Too expensive for me since I'm only using these for leatherworking.
