Changed to Xerash Fireblade at the Lariss Pavillion. It's the big stone structure at 77,37.

At least you don't have to fly all the way back to Orgrimmar to turn this in now. Though I already had before I noticed the location had changed (I have done this quest probably 5 or 6 times now).
