yes, i also tried to do so, albeit with a very low skill but got the message that this item cannot be disenchanted.

does that mean not high enough lvl or it really CAN'T be done anymore?

i was in Brill grinding on Decrepit Darkhounds and 4 of them dropped this. and 1 dropped a small blue poutch(but i traded that for 13 silver...im dumb)idk i guess its kinda odd

The best place to farm this is Ragefire Chasm. me and my friend did one run and got 18 tigerseye, in one run!
