Using 2 Lures = to 20 Mins. I got the following:

Crescent-Tail Skullfish x 11
Barbed Gill Trout x 33
Bloodfin Catfish x 12
Lightning Eel x 12

I had 375 (+132) Fishing = 507 Fishing

Used to create Skullfish Soup (+20 spell crit and spirit for 30 min). Recipe dropped as a reward for the cooking quest given by The Rokk in the lower city of Shattrath.

Level 338 fishing +25 for pole +75 lure at Deadwind pass, 52,74

In 10 min fished:

Barbed Gill Trout x 14
Bloodfin Catfish x 8
Lightning Eel x 4
Crescent-tail Skullfish x 6

And not a single fish missed

During the time I was fishing outside of Karazhan and I used 2 lures, I caught 2 stacks of Barbed Gill Trout, 1 stack of Bloodfin, 12 skullfish and 2 eels. Not too bad.

Me and a guild mate were fishing in ZA today and we caught a fair number of these and the Bloodfin Catfish as well as lightening eels

I fished at the cords 52,70 close to Karazhan. My first 100 fish were as follows: 63 Barbed Gill Trout, 17 Bloodfin Catfish, 17 Crescent-Tail Skullfish and 3 Lightning Eel. My skill is 375 + 127 (rod, glove enchant, fishing hat and aquadynamic lure). Fishing without lure caused several "fish got away."

Edit: found fish in lake outside Karazhan. around 52,70 (Deadwind Pass map). I did need bait on my fishing rod to catch them though, despite having 375 fishing + 20 on rod.

You can fish these up a little outside Karazhan, which as far as I know, doesn't have any water in it. Presumably its the same for Zul'Aman.

I had no real troubles fishing there with my 400 unbuffed fishing (375 skill and 25 from my rod) but I put on a lure anyway, and none of the fish came close to getting away.

Most of the time you'll catch Bloodfin Catfish and Barbed Gill Trout, so you'll need to spend some time here to catch a decent amount of fish. I'll do some testing next time I go to Zul'Aman to see if the drop % is any better inside.
