This is used in the Feltail Delight recipe. This restores only 4320 health and gives a well fed buff of 20 stamina and spirit.

I have caught all of my Feltail on the banks by Garadar.

Pools of Spotted feltail can be found in Zangarmarsh. I've been fishing them from The Lagoon area found at 56,62. I've had no problem pulling them up with fishing 300 and a Big iron fishing pole.
