Faerlina uses both heavy Nature and Fire damage, Kel'Thuzad might easily use heavy Shadow and Frost damage. This kind of thing is ideal for any tank in a heavy multiple-resist fight, and most of Naxxramas encourages multiple tanks. Likely who it'll be going to in our guild.
i pvp on my druid - great build / gear for pvp but im lacking a decent trinket. i use seal of the archmagus and a few other resist items + MOTW to make sure i resist a decent amount of stuff, currently its about 50 to each self buffed... with this trinket and ring of binding that would be about 75 to each - perfect... but how do i convince my guild it should go to a pvping druid rather than any other class
Might be a rather good item, although as a dps class I'll stick to what I have. This might be the best thing a non-engineer can get trinket resistance wise. And as was already said - tanks probably have most use for this, they're usually more likely to deal with several schools of magic as well.

Pretty good multi purpose trinket. I'd give it to the MT for encounters such as Sapphiron and Kel'Thuzad will probably need at least 2 different types of res - Shadow & Frost.
I completely aggree that this would be suit the MT first. After that though, this thing is free reign. This is an incredible trinket. So...much...resistance...*drool*
