sarturas is great for chain healing as a step up form the lei out of AV.

this is great for conserving mana and letting spirit do some work. This item also has easily the coolest offhand graphic in the game. ;p

Sartura is better with false prophet
Noth's is better with Widow's embrace

Sartura is better for regen whores
Noth's is better for Derankers/Mana conservers

On my Druid im using that with widow's atm, effectively turning my weapons into:

12 stam
24 int
27 spi
+269 heal

im in love!

Got Widow's Embrace on my Druid and just got this offhand. Makes my weapon's total:

12 stam
24 int
27 spirit
+269 heal

Im in love!

P.s. Sartura is a better offhand to go with Scepter of the False Prophet due to stacking mana/5. Widow's goes way better with Noth's heart cause of stacking stats. I currently hit 7k MP with +947 heal no HoTW. Int owns for derankers!

i say this is more for priests and druids. they need the spirit more than any other class. but hey its your dkp not mine.

Instead of Lei of the Lifegiver (pretty flowers), I'd like some coment how this stacks up to Sartura's Might.

Sartura's Might is:
+51 healing
6 stam
6 int
5 mana/5

This item has
+2 more healing (big whoop)
-6 stam
+6 int
+13 spirit instead of +5mana5

The item level is 83 vs Sartura's Might 76 (+6 levels).

Since it has no stamina at all (sometimes this is very important for a healer), what makes it 6 levels better? When would anyone use this item over Sartura's stick, other than for the cool looks?

Admittedly Sartura's Might looks terrible.

Not in the least. Lei of the lifegiver doesn't cost DKP. But... I don't have to spend hours upon hours in AV for Noth's Frigid Heart either. Aside from which, I'd take 12 int and 13 spirit over 3 MP5 any day of the week.

Just got this, server first, and immensely happy with it. All I need now is a Sceptre of the False Prophet to go with it and I'll be the happiest resto druid ever to live.
