If it always saves 10 mana it's approximately as mana efficient as using the blue +53 healing totem. If it had 15 mana saved it would be as good as the epic +80 healing totem. If it had 20-25 mana saved it would deserve to be in Naxxramas.

Someone at Blizzard must have done his or her calculations wrong when setting the stats for it.

its not even saving that mana. if you spent 300 mana before, you still need 300 mana now to cast the LHW. all this totem does, is then refund 10 mana, AFTER the fact. so you still need the full mana amount to be able to cast the spell.

Droped already several times for us and no shamy wanted it, because even the rare +53heal for lesser healing wave totem makes more sense than this "disenchantloot"

Oh for crying out loud... compare this 1 with the druid one: http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=23004 and the paladin one: http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=23006 ... guess who got the longest straw this time ...? personally I'd stick with http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=22398 or http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=22399 -.- gg blizz
