Indeed. Being a druid myself (though resto I'm feral when I grind and such) I have to agree this is not a feral item.
A feral druid should get, if available, an item with pure stats in favor of +this and +that like on the Mark of C'thun here.
It's really nice, of course, but let your tanking warriors have this the first few times.

You dont make any sense to me.
It's clear that every MT already got Nefarian, probably even before AQ was even opened.. so.. hmm

But yea if you are about to kill Nefarian now (or soon), get the dps ring, and then wait for this neck... for a few months.
