For a pve shadow priest, this outranks Mana Igniting Cords any day (since +crit is about as useful as strength to a shadow priest). The next definite upgrade is Firemaw's Clutch.
Not to mention this doesn't cost DKP in many guilds :D

This would be a very nice belt for a lvl 51. Bullsh*t you say? Well, enter ZG, have it drop, let the 51 win it, and hey presto - he can use it. This belt has had no level req for some time now, I have it myself.

Note that the belt now has a level requirement, and it can no longer be worn by those of less than 60 seasons.

Extremely good belt. I think I'll take the Mana Igniting Cord if it drops but it's a tough choice.
