Got these last night off of Arlokk, after they'd already dropped once off of Thekal that same run. In my opinion, they are better than Flameguard Gauntlets, for DPS warriors at least.

Sacrificial Gauntlets
+1% crit
+1% hit
+38 attack power

vs

Flameguard Gauntlets
+1% crit
+54 attack power

So it's a matter of +1% hit vs +16 attack power (if you have the Blessing of Kings buff on, it's only a difference of +12.2 attack power)

I'd take the +1% hit any day. I'll still use my Flameguard Gauntlets for PvP, and my Edgemaster's for anything level 62 or higher, but for any PvE DPS situations on mobs lvl 61 or lower, these will be my gloves of choice. :)
