Its only an Shaman item - see the description: Relic -> Totem and the "lesser healing" only a shaman can do it, right?
So yes, it drops by Fankriss in AQ 40.

Not only is it Unique, but its also an equipped item. and there's only one slot it can be equipped to, therefore doubly no stacking.

For those who dont take the time to read the information rich release notes: Shamans, Druids, and Paladins now have a "Relic" slot instead of a "ranged" slot - this is an example of a Shaman Relic. They just haven't fixed the naming of the slot in Alla's database yet.

It's not stackable. The item is unique, so you can only have one in your inventory at any time.
