I use Netherwind hat with ZG enchant as main (+50 dmg), and Cowl with libram enchant (+18 dmg, 35 FR) as a fire switch, so I don't think that's out of the realm of normalcy.

However, as the ML for my guild, in the above situation, I would have given the cowl to someone who needed it as a primary item first, if such a person existed in the raid at the time. Perhaps your ML didn't know? If you're raiding T2 stuff, it's possible that the ML just assumes no one needs much blue crap anymore.

Just go whack on Onyxia with your guild and grab a T2 hat. Then, you can libram it if you want the FR and don't want to deal with gear switching.

Well, it IS a FR hat, he won't use it ALL the time.

You can't sell these anymore. They did a hot fix on this within a few hours of the patch coming on line. The people that snagged these quick and sold them though are lucky, especially those that got the FR version. BIG bucks there.

It's not BoP or BoE .. you can equip it then trade it to someone else.. FOR LOTS OF GOLD ^_^
