Well compare this:

Heroism gives a total of:

Agility: 50
Armor: 4185
Stamina: 150
Strength: 138

Besides stats:

+28 Critical strike rating (2%)
+30 Hit rating (3%)
+12 Defense rating.

Valor gives a total of:

Agility: 56
Armor: 3622
Spirit: 35
Stamina: 131
Strength: 110

So to add it up.

Heroism has:
-19 more stamina.
-28 more strength.
-6 Less agility.
-35 Less spirit.
-563 more armor.
-3% more to hit.
-About 1.9% more to crit (Just about).
-12 more defense rating.

We all know spirit is useless to a warrior, so you basically lose 6 agility, and gain all of these other stats.

So, if you have the time and the nerves to do the questline, Do it. I don't have the precise calculations as of how much it will cost you, gold-wise, but someone has mentioned 250-350g(Not a too bad price to pay for 4 epics and 3 blues at this level i think). Depends on server prices for mats etc. But as it's a long quest, you will probably find loot that is worth just about as much along the way.


Might add, Valor set is decent for tanking, and decent for DPS. Heroism is still decent (better than valor) for tanking, and Great for DPS.

Basically, this is the warrior set for casual players not in a good raiding guild. (That might not find the time to raid, or just can't find a guild)



-Don't know now if it will be worth doing this quest anymore, Have no idea what items tbc might bring. But I'm still going to do it (on the 45min baron part atm) if i am able to.
