its a fantastic dps plate chest piece, only second to the Plated Abomination Wristcage. Skeram is a pushover and this item is relatively easy to get too.

I want this for better PVE DPS.

But would I wear this in PVP? Hell no. 13 Stamina? GG.

Damage is WORTHLESS if you don't live long enough to dish it out. 6/6 Warlord's Battlegear is by FAR the best suit to PVP in.
