Equip: Increases the block value of your shield by 14.
Equip: Increased Defense +2.

Greater than

Boots of Unwavering Will:
58 Armour
+8 Agility

The Damage mitigation from Shield Block value will far outweight the effects of +8 agility.
and 58 armour at level 60? The difference will be miniscule at about 0.04% Damage reduction if that.

because breaking a 5/8 piece bonus is really worth a minor upgrade? I highly doubt it, the only reason I could think of any one wanting to pick this up is if they dont have a 5/8-8/8 wrath bonus or are still using might boots.
