Many groups use warlocks to tank the caster emperor in the Twin Emps encounter. Really depends on the group. With Death Coil, a ton of hp, and the new Shadow Ward they do make good shadow caster tanks.

Ukko is the Finnish god of storms and lightning. There are no Finnish gods "like Zeus" because the mythology is so different. Ukko is also the Finnish slang for "old dude."

Plus - looking at how Blizzard likes resistances in high-end instances; it seems likely you will need lots of Shadow Resistance for Naxxramas Necropolis when it is released.

It may seem a little weak, but its really as good (or almost) as any epic ring. 20 Shadow resist, is a HUGE deal when fightin Shadow mobs, like Luci or Rivendare. It wont be your everyday "ring wear" but its a keeper really. The +3 health also makes it a good tanking ring for Bosses

Health/5sec is primarily a warlock stat, however this ring will likely go to tanks, because there aren't many alternatives and they'll need the Shadow Resist more than locks will.

EDIT: After experiencing the twin emperors fight, it looks like this ring should maybe go to warlocks first afterall.
