well i got it for turning in the Head. and i can say one thing for sure: as a lock, the only thing, i would swap this item for, is the Chocker of the Fire lord (as i won't get to Naxx soon). so ompw, for tier 1 lock, this is the best neck u can get. and u can get it pretty easy. in my guild , this was even easier then getting ZHC from Hakkar.

I would actually say that this item is slightly better then Choker of Enlightenment simply for the reason it got more damage and more intellect. Sure the ragnaros neck is way better, but since there is quite low drop chance on that neck, I'll go with this one.

Pretty decent stats for a head turnin thingy. Maybe on par with Choker of Enlightenment (10 int, 10 spi, 9 sta, +18 dmg) - With this you gain 7 dmg and 2 int , but loose 10 spi. If you dont need any more spirit then this is a better neck. Considering that my mage hardly has enough unbuffed spi to fill up using evocation I think I'd prefer Choker of Enlightenment.
