Originally I agreed with you, and still do with the robes. However, the head, shoulder, and leg peices are equal to or above any other peices you can get - tiara is far superior to Mish'Undare (no need for +crit), the shoulder surpasses Mantle of the Blackwing Cabal in stats and mana regen, and the pants would be good for long fights (I'd still use Fel Infused Leggings on shorter fights and trash). The robes are horrible (Jade Inlaid Vestments are slightly inferior, but you can get them with a much less experienced MC guild or PuGs; Robes of the Battleguard have slightly less stats but again are easier to get and have an extra -10 resist). Snowblind shoes outdo the footwraps (lose some stats for more regen and damage), and again, can be gotten MUCH earlier and much easier.

The set bonuses are worse than Devout >.< Only healing you'll be doing in this set is VE and maybe occassionally in PvP or when a main healer dies.
