Greaves of ten storms gives more int/sta/spirit. And fire resists, but less spell/heal damage. These give strength too. These are overall better balanced shaman pvp boots.

10 str = 20 attack power, useful for a little melee. No excessive stamina like sabatons of the flamewalker, and good caster stats. So overall, perfect shaman pvp boots. If it had agility, it'd be overpowered.

Well whats good about these boots are a decent amount of sta & int, along with a very large spell dmg bonus. These are hence elemental boots. For an elemental shaman, my fav specc by far, Str and agi dont mean sh!t, unless u find urself without mana or is facing a priest, so an agi bonus would'nt really mean any real improvment unless u play a 31/20/0 kamikaze build.
