I used this for ages till i got my lionheart helm, however looking back http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=20130 would have been a much better option,giving 150 attack power for 60 seconds every 6 mins

its a practically free lionheart without 1% crit but an extra 1% hit. I think of it as a step up from Raging Berserker's Helm. lol

It's like impossible to get one easily unless you're a chinese farmer. I'd stick to this for awhile. On frostwolf the average price for a Lionheart helm is 900g. I'll stick with this until Valor/Might.

As Lionheart's main reason to be desired is the big %2s it gives to especially dual wielders, this free helm is half a Lionheart.
