The drop rate is low because for a 60th level character, it's one of the strongest buyable items in the game outside of Molten Core. It had better have a low drop rate.

As for whether or not it stacks up to Lionheart Helm, it doesn't in terms of damage output. Lionheart has +18 str, 2% to crit and to hit, while Gurubashi has +22 str but only 1.05% to crit (for a warrior). However, the 13 sta makes this a strong helm to consider for pvp, where how long you can stay alive is arguably as important as how much damage you can deal in a short period of time.

Has anyone compared this to the lionheart helm? How does 21 agility stack up to 2% chance to crit? Can someone do the math?
