frost mages should get priority. there are plenty of better +healing items but this amazing for frost mages, especialy if they accidentaly deleted the arcane crystal pendant ( i did )

prefer the one wit 7int 6spr 1%crit from dm east Or for a healer animated chain necklage from ramstein in strat. maybe for a pvp shadow priest it might work quite well though since we basicly have one spell that can crit that we use in pvp so +dmg is nice.
